“ I tried their dark chocolates—they weren’t too sweet, and the nuts were fresh, which I really liked. The atmosphere and service were great. Although the cup I received was dirty, the waiter replaced it right away without any fuss. The coffee was decent too. ”

There’s a lot of good items to choose and we ordered the affogato (something we order anywhere that has it) and earl grey teas. All teas come with a mini chocolate snack and it was just the right amount of sweet. Overall, beautiful presentation. Service was a bit slow but it’s expected with how busy their outside dining is (we dined inside as it was a bit warm). ”

“ Carpo is a great little spot for a coffee or chocolate fix. It’s fancy but still cozy, like stepping into a stylish jewelry box (if jewelry boxes made ridiculously good chocolate). The hot chocolate is the real deal, rich and proper made from dark chocolate, not the usual powdery stuff. The service is fast, friendly, and actually paying attention. One of the waitresses even gave me a heads-up to put my bag under the table instead of behind me, just to be safe... now that’s what I call customer-service! Best of all, I now have a new place to go chop for fancy sweets and chocolate that is not the Godiva and the likes ! ”
